D.B. Sound & Lighting uses the latest equipment from most of the major manufacturers in fine pro audio and video products. They have a large selection of components to choose from, designed to meet your budget, and give you quality products that will serve your needs for years to come.
We also stand by what we sell. There are manufacturers’ warranties and our service warranty offered to each client. If any portion of our part of the installation fails, we will service the problem at no charge to the customer for the duration of its normal working lifetime*.
In addition to great products and services, we also offer “hands-on” training of your new products for any staff that would like to learn. Starting from the present equipment you have to any upgrades or new equipment we install, we believe, that training is an essential requirement to get the most of your equipment. All the best equipment in the world is only as good as the ones operating it. So at D.B. Sound & Lighting, we want to help teach your staff proper operations to help you get the most out of your investment. Sound & Lighting will, at its own expense, cover any labor costs involved in repairing any wiring performed during their portion of the installation process, if malfunction is due to our installation. This does not cover component failure or damage due to negligence, misuse, or abuse to any components. Individually installed components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties and policies.
